"This is very sad to me…They opened about when we did and I saw the bright dream in their eyes. We are struggling too. Times are tough. I'm not sure of the etiquette of business but I hope that you all know how much your support and shares mean to us as a tiny business. We really can't do it without you (those of us without huge advertising budgets, just a wing and a prayer.)
If you feel like doing a good deed today, give a shout out and share your favorite places. Write a review, engage, check in…For some of us, this is our cat food and grocery money we are trying to raise. It seems in poor taste (no pun intended) to say times are hard but it is even sadder to me to see beautiful dreams end."
Ob La Da
Dear Friends, Thank you for all of your support since we opened up shop in Pembroke! You are the best customers anyone could hope for! October will be the last month for Ob La Da Bakery Cafe in Pembroke. For the remainder of the month, we will only be open on Saturday from 10am-4pm and Sunday from 10am-2pm. We are happy to take any cake or cupcakes orders if you call 781-588-6707 or email email@example.com. On October 26 and 27 we will be having a "grand closing" Halloween celebration so stop by and say goodbye! We have no plans at this point to open in another location mostly because we just don't have the money to do it. If anything changes on that front, you guys will be the first to know! Thank you again for everything. I hope you continue to support small businesses that support local agriculture, organic growing practices and the ethical treatment of animals. Peace! Kevin and Michelle
